Changing the way children grow up in Santa Cruz County

January is National Mentoring Month

Mentors play a very important part in all of our lives. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Santa Cruz County thanks all of the volunteers who are currently or have been Bigs in our program. The difference you make in the lives of the Littles is astounding. We have Littles who are waiting for their special Big. Please consider applying to become a volunteer. Click here to apply.

Make A Match Campaign

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Santa Cruz County matches children with volunteer mentors. We call this “making a match.” We invite you to Make A Match. $3,500 is the cost to match a child and fund ongoing professional mentoring support for one year. Your Make A Match gift contributes to this goal.

One caring mentor can change the course of a child’s future!

Bowl for Kids’ Sake

April 28 & 29, 2018

Bowl For Kids’ Sake is Big Brothers Big Sisters’ largest annual fundraising event. It is a fun way to raise money and make a difference in a child’s life. It doesn’t cost you to bowl or rent shoes, you just ask people to sponsor you.

The 2018 Bowl For Kids’ Sake fundraising campaign starts in April when you form your team and start collecting pledges. It culminates with the bowling event on April 28th & 29th at the Boardwalk Bowl in Santa Cruz.
